In 2002, after an exhaustive search of Bath, a friend of mine suggested that Combe Down would be the perfect location for the Darling Deli. So, taking her advice, we set up the Darling Deli in the heart of the village and am proud to say that we are now enjoying our fifth year of business.
Our aim was always to have a friendly, relaxed deli which offered quality homemade food, made on the premises at a reasonable price. Both us and our talented team are passionate about the food that we make and continue to develop and expand our range using local produce and suppliers where we can.
Our motto is 'food cooked with love' and it is - cooked from the heart with passion and flair!
