Elrond Consulting, an Alliance of Independent
Experts, was established on 1 January 2001 to provide an all embracing
source of expertise in Industry in general and Construction in particular.
The Alliance is administered from Hamilton House, Temple, London by James Torr. Elrond Consulting incorporates Elrond Engineering, which was established over 25 years ago, and is supported by the practice of Torr Forensic. Additionally, through its Members, it is able to call upon the resources of major consulting firms throughout Great Britain. Members of Elrond Consulting are all experienced Experts and are members of the Academy of Experts.
