It is imperative that the authorised account is cleared within the specified credit period. Failure to do so will result in non-supply of goods until the account is cleared. The management reserve the right to charge interest on unpaid accounts over the agreed credit period.

The sellers are not the manufacturers of the goods. The goods are sold with all warranties (if any) issued by the manufacturers and based upon the fact that the manufacturers only manufacture goods of merchantable quality, the goods are transmitted without examination by the seller upon the basis that any lack of merchantable quality is a matter between the buyer and the manufacturer

Any claims in respect of damaged goods or shortages on delivery must be made in writing so as to reach the seller within SEVEN days of delivery

All goods remain the property of the seller until paid for. Payment by cheque shall be deemed payment upon clearance through the buyer's bank

The Management reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods to any person without prior explanation

Goods are sold and supplied on the condition that they may be sold, offered, or used upon the terms of the business arrangements and conditions of license imposed by the manufacturers, copies of which are obtainable upon request

Prices are at all times subject to fluctuation, and irrespective of any quoted prices in any literature of the sellers, goods will be invoiced at prices applicable for the goods ordered at the date of dispatch. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. at the current rate

The Management do not accept responsibility for computer system breakdowns or corrupt data

The Management reserve the right to charge carriage on certain orders. We will, however, notify you of the charge at point-of-sale

The management reserve the right to amend these conditions at any time without prior notice
