Winchmore Designs has several key clients that use its services for the day to day maintenance of their premises. These include several large organizations that provide care homes and residencies, hotels, restaurants and public houses.   Recent projects included the specifying & fitting of 20 Bathrooms on two floors in a prestigious London development, and three kitchens suited to special needs in a care home residence.

 

General Building

 

Winchmore Designs provide general building services to complement the works and installations undertaken. This may be minor structural alterations through to complex extensions and loft conversions. Winchmore Designs uses its own tradesmen for electrical, plumbing, gas, plastering, carpentry and most of the other associated trades.

Domestic building projects can be undertaken. As these usually encompass remodeling of the interior, heating, kitchens and bathrooms the entire project can be managed from start to finish by Winchmore Designs. With qualified engineers to provide technical expertise Winchmore Designs can also advise on Planning and Building Regulations.

Winchmore Designs has qualified interior designers to work on your project. Investment in the latest computer software enables 3D modeling of your design.   With the experience in fitting hundreds of kitchens and bathrooms together with  whole house remodeling our designers will ensure the completed project is both aesthetically convincing yet completely practical to use.

 

Plumbing & Heating

 

Winchmore Designs have installed all types of heating systems. Using only qualified Corgi registered personnel you can be confident that your installation will be to the required standards and comply with current legislation. In addition Winchmore Designs can design your system to optimize the efficiency and thermal comfort of your system. Finally Winchmore Designs can design and install all types of under floor heating and enjoy the technical support of major under floor heating ,manufacturers.

 

Electrical

 

Winchmore Designs can provide electrical installations, fully certified in accordance with IEE and Part P regulations.
