Nature therapy, walking in the countryside,
gentle exercise, and interacting with other
people are proven ways to reduce stress
and depression whilst improving health and
well being. Winthrop Park invites you to
join us for easy short walks to experience
the power of nature.
We would like to thank Ecominds
for their support in helping us
tackle mental distress and healthier
lifestyle issues.
We organise walks on dates throughout the
year. Please dress appropriately for a walk
and the weather conditions. We will call at
Winthrop Park on route, where refreshments
can be purchased and free access to the
sensory gardens can be made. Dogs are
welcome to join us.
