In recognition of his extensive experience in property repair and refurbishment, Iain MacLaren was Acredited at level C as a pratitioner in Conservation Architecture in February 2006 and Grade 2 practitioner in 2010. Projects recently completed or in progress include the refurbishment and new use for the former Govan Police Station, as well as centennial refurbishment of churches at St Mary's in Lanark, and by Pugin at St Josephs, Blantyre and St Augustine`s in Coatbridge.
