A Principal is supported by a Partner, project architects and technical staff in the Glasgow office.
The working pattern is very flexible and there is a continual flow of staff between project teams to suit priorities, time scale and deadline dates.
Commissions are negotiated through the principal and thereafter a job partner is established. The selected team will then see the job through to finality.
A partner remains involved throughout the project and he or the project architect is the first line of contact for the client.
