What is the homeservice?

the homeservice provides architects` services on residential projects through a dedicated team specialising in design input and project management on new houses, conversions, extensions, alterations and refurbishments.

The benefits and experience of an established commercial city practice are being brought to the residential sector at competitive and fixed rates, to provide a professional service with customer focus

How it works

To initiate the service a short no-obligation questionnaire is submitted, and followed by an initial free consultation on site. If the client wishes to proceed, a written report will suggest a plan of work, programme, procurement route and outline costs, along with a fee proposal that is based on a fixed schedule of rates.

The service then can proceed on a stage-by-stage basis through the agreed plan of action for the project.

We are a medium sized architectural practice, founded in 1912 and operating throughout Scotland from our office in Glasgow.
