How will emails sent to my new email address be delivered to me?
We will configure mails sent to your new email address to be redirected to an email address of your choice. For most of our customers this is an existing email address such yourbusiness@yahoo.com or yourcompany@hotmail.com. This redirect is completely transparent to anyone sending you emails.
When I send emails, wont people will see them as coming from a different email address?
The vast majority of email providers offer the functionality to set the address an email appears to have been sent from. This means emails can be sent to and from your new company domain name, without anyone being aware that another email address is involved. We provide instructions for the major email providers to explain how to set this up.
What if I need to change the address my emails are diverted to, or any of the details on my website?
We do not have an annual management fee or hosting charge, as we have found customers would prefer to keep costs as low as possible and only pay when they need something.
As a result of this, we do have a small charge if changes need to be made to your website or email forwarding.

What payment methods do you except?
We currently accept online payments in the form of PayPal where you can pay with an existing PayPal account if you have one, or if not, you can use your credit or debit card. We will soon be able to accept payment by cheque and direct bank transfer.
