Centrifugal High Energy
The CHE Series, Centrifugal High Energy Finishing Machines generate very high g-force. These machines are well engineered for trouble free operation thus ensuring minimal down time.

We have engineers who are committed to every machine that is manufactured to ensure that each machine is built correctly and extensively tested before shipping.

ActOn with its expertise has done a careful selection of the raw material and subsequent heat treatment on the critical components in the assembly for longer life and safety.

The main features of the machines are:

  • The machine incorporates a unique direct drive mechanism for ease of maintenance.
  • Incorporates the revolutionary spider plate technology for added force and thrust for processing of components.
  • This machine is fitted with a variable frequency drive to vary the speed between 0 to Max.
  • The polyurethane liner can be replaced on wear off by simply ordering for replaceable inserts instead of sending the barrels for relining.
  • Most of the electronic and electrical components are CE and UL approved.
  • An unique jogging facility with proximity sensor has been incorporated for accurate positioning of the barrels for unloading and loading of components.
  • Control panel manufactured by Rittal of Germany.
  • Door inter lock device provided for increased operator safety.
  • All electrical and electronic items will be of high quality and of reputed make.
  • Machine operation is very quiet and measures between 55 to 60 db.
  • The machine requires no foundation and can be located on any levelled surface using the levelling screws provided.
  • Geared Motor for barrel tilting mechanism for automatic unloading is provided.
  • Vibratory separator to separate components and Media is provided. This separator is mounted on wheels so as to enable its movement to any location

The nucleus is constructed of steel carefully selected for its metallurgical properties with the critical components Heat Treated for added durability.

The High Energy machines come in 5 models, the 30, 40, 80, 160 and 240 litre capacities. The 30 and 40 litre models are offered with removable barrels. Models of 80 litre and upwards come with hinged lids and fixed barrels that can be tilted on its axis (for unloading the contents of the barrels). The 80 litre equipment comes with both removable barrel lids as well as the hinged barrel lids depending on customer preference. These higher capacity equipments also come with automatic separation system. To purge the excessive pressure build up in the barrels of 80, 160 and 240 litre equipments, manually operated pressure release valves are provided on individual barrels. These are designed and manufactured to specific pressure conditions.
