shown here indicate the difference between the conventional centrifugal
machines and ActOn's state-of-the-art Direct Drive System.
In the conventional centrifugal machines, the chains and belts
stretch and break, and the user has to constantly adjust the pulleys
and tensioners to maintain the correct tension. The Direct Drive
System eliminates chains, belts, pulleys and tensioners and the
maintenance that goes along with them.
There is no need to change belts, adjust pulleys and tensioners,
and no need to tighten chains. The only maintenance needed for
the Direct Drive System is greasing the bearings every 400 hours.
The critical components in the turret are Heat Treated for added
strength and safety.
