Dosing Unit
The Vibrota compound dosing system is supplied as a freestanding unit and will neatly house 2 x 25 kg compound containers.

To comply with local Water Authority regulations the liquid compound and water are dosed separately to the vibratory equipments via a dual feed system, eliminating the need for expensive header tanks to be fitted.

Water is controlled through a flow meter keeping water use and cost to a minimum. An over ride facility is provided to allow washing of the work bowl of the machine.

With the fitting of a magnetic valve onto the water supply line the vibratory equipment controls the switching on/off of the water.

An electric dosing pump controls liquid compound flow rate with adjustment on both length of stroke and frequency, giving an infinitely variable rate of flow.

The pump is usually wired through to the start button of vibratory machines. Once set, the pump gives accurate control of the liquid compound usage. The pump is capable of supplying all types of ActOn's liquid compounds to the vibratory finishing machines giving a clean component, extended media life and also cleans the work bowl of the machine.
