The Tub machine is particularly good for large components. Whether long or awkward in shape and size, most parts can be processed with ease.

With nine standard sizes and an almost infinite combination of lengths and widths to choose from you will never be stuck. All machines are fitted with a balanced acoustic lid, a powerful British motor with sealed bearings and adjustable weights. Hot cured polyurethane lining makes it an extremely long lasting machine.

One of the most versatile machines, the Tub can be sub-divided to provide a single compartment for precision components and is capable of processing batch loads.

LINEAR TUB

The new ACTON CVP Linear Tub Vibrator has been carefully designed and built to the highest standards and provides a welcome addition to the machine range. The tub is designed to be robust and is provided with gussets to withstand high centrifugal force generated by the powerful motor. The motor drives the combination of flyweights mounted on precisely machined alloy shaft.

The CVP Linear Tub is a through feed machine with automatic media return for ease of use. An elevated conveyor fitted with wear resistant elastomer belt conveys the media back into the bowl

This equipment is capable of handling large components and give superb finishes. This machine is equipped with a vibratory extractor to transfer the media and components from the main work tub to the separation area, a separation screen for separation of media and components. A vibratory screen further separates the undersized media and prevents it from being recirculated into the bowl. This eliminates any chances of undersize media getting lodged in the components. Only the right size media is carried by the conveyor for recirculation back into the work tub.

A chemical recycling tank provided with this machine ensures optimum usage of chemical compounds by continuously recycling the compound into the bowl from the tank. This recycling is controlled by a combination of pump and valves.
