Depending on the policy of the country where you reside, goods may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches a country. Should this result in any additional charges these must be paid by the purchaser. These charges are outside of our control and we cannot predict what they may be. If you have any concern that your country may levy these charges (policies vary widely); you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Overseas delivery

Usual delivery time between 2-3 weeks (subject to any potential customs delays beyond our control)

Deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery the courier driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and return the goods to the regional depot for your area, from where you will be responsible for arranging collection. Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified at the time the order is placed.

Please email us for a current international shipping cost. An example of a recent charge for a delivery to USA is £95.00 Great British Pounds.

Returns Policy

It is extremely rare for our customers to want to return any of our products but in the unlikely event that they do this is our policy :-You have the right to cancel an order with us, or any part of an order within 7 days from the day of delivery. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or returns of items where the packaging has been removed. Please contact us to notify us that you have an item to be returned. Please package the item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery courier service as we can not accept liability for goods lost in transit to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered a faulty item to you. We will issue a refund (credit card refund if that was the method used at time of order) of the purchase price of the returned item within 3 working days of receiving the item safely back to ourselves, and in the same state as originally despatched to you.
