Conditions
Details and fees for the different services I offer are given on the relevant pages of this website, but in all cases:
- I will send you a written summary of the work that you have asked me to undertake, the cost and expected completion date. I will ask you to confirm your order in writing before I proceed.
- For the Victorian Package, an initial deposit of £100 is required, and the remainder in agreed stages. For other work, payment is required in advance.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months, and can be cancelled free of charge during this time. Gift vouchers not activated or cancelled within 6 months will be automatically refunded to the original purchaser (less a small administration charge).
- Payment can be made by sterling cheque, internet bank transfer or PayPal. Please be aware that cheques drawn on non-UK banks and payments by PayPal will incur a transaction fee which will be automatically deducted from the total realised.
- VAT does not apply.
- I am registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioner's Office. I comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not pass on details about you, living members of your family, or your research interests to any third party unless you give me authority to do so. (See also Privacy Policy)
