IviumStat & IviumStat.XR

IviumStat and IviumStat.XR incorporate the same comprehensive range of swept dc and impedance functions as CompactStat but at higher powers. IviumStat delivers 5A@8V and 1A@10V whilst IviumStat.XR provides 5A@20V. Both can be extended to higher power by optional boosters and multiplexing.
