Lake Rules

GENERAL FISHING RULES:
1) All anglers and visitors to report to office prior to fishing.
2) Alvechurch feed pellets only to be used.
3) 2 kilos of groundbait per angler.
4) No bait cans permitted poolside (ie, tin cans).
5) All fishery landing nets and Keepnets to be used only.
6) All vehicles to be parked in the car park, no driving or stopping on grass verges.
7) All anglers must have their own suitable size landing net (no sharing).
8) Suitable padded unhooking mats are compulsory on the House Pool & Arrow Lake.
9) Barbless hooks only.
10) Keep nets permitted on Horesehoe Lake - matches only.
11) Strictly no rods to be left unattended or in the care of another angler.
12) Maximum of 1 rod per angler.
13) No bait boats.
14) No fixed rigs (any permanently fixed or tied objects on the line).
15) Fishing only from designated swims.
16) All fish to be returned to the swim where they were caught.
17) Do not hold fish with a cloth or stand up and walk whilst holding fish.
18) No fires, BBQ`s or hot objects to be lit or placed on grass
19) All litter to be taken with you when you leave.
20) Each angler may bring 1 non-fishing guest.
21) Alvechurch Fisheries Ltd cannot accept responsibility for injury, damage or theft to vehicles or equipment.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR ARROW LAKE:
1) Each Angler will require a minimum of a 32 inch Specimen landing net – NO PAN NETS
2) Each Angler must have a suitable padded unhooking mat
3) No Poles to be used
4) No Carp sacks
5) Only one Bivvy permitted per angler
6) No Guests to stay overnight, unless prior permission has been given
7) Anyone night fishing must arrive before Dusk
8) All vehicles must park in car park overnight, main gates will locked at Dusk.
9) Nets, weighing slings and unhooking mats must be dipped prior to fishing.
