The company was formed in 1996, and in 2001 A M Components moved to a new 8000 sq.ft. production facility, making major investment in new plant and equipment.

Our success is due in part to our readiness to produce custom and unusual rollers to time-scales which many of our competitors are unwilling or unable to match.

In fact, we supply many other roller companies, so you may already be one of our customers without even realising it!

Standard (easy) rollers we like, but unusual rollers we love. If you have a roller requirement which your current roller supplier is finding difficult to meet, then please feel free to contact us for advice. Conversely, if the manufacturer of your machine says that you must buy a new roller every time, then we would be more than pleased to offer you a second opinion. Initially specialising in Silicone and Polyurethane, our roller products range has expanded to include rubber coverings, heat shrinkable Teflon(r) sleeving and plastic sleeving. Our comprehensive in-house facilities enable us to cover rollers up to 2.5 metres in length and 400 millimetres in diameter, depending on roller composition and specification.
