Adobe Reader is free software that allows users to easily and reliably view, print, and search PDF files using a variety of platforms and devices. It can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/

Adobe also has a free online conversion tool for PDF's. This conversion service will convert to text Adobe PDF files that are in English and most West European languages.
