Chien Bizarre played european roots music and songs based around clarinet, sax, melodeon, hurdy gurdy, violin and guitar.

Their eclectic style was described as 'organic', 'free range', 'extraordinary', 'delicious' and (of course) 'bizarre'

The band played its last gig in its then exsisting format on 1st February 2008.
