The Direct Debit Scheme

We are introducing a Direct Debit scheme this season for the collection of subs generally, and subs and match fees combined for players.

To sign up, follow the link below, complete the simple online form - select your membership type*, and complete your contact details and bank details - and you are sorted for the season. You will receive an email confirming the arrangement that you have set up, which is covered by the banking industry's DD guarantee scheme. If you don't have an email address enter gatvic@sky.com (the Treasurer's email address) and a paper copy of the email will be sent to you.

If you prefer the pen and paper approach, use the alternative link below to print a form. Hand the completed form to Steve Robinson or Gordon Longfellow (the Treasurer) or leave it behind the bar. When the details have been added to the system, you will receive either a confirmatory email or a paper copy.

* For Players, Students and Schoolboys click "End after" and put "8" in the occurrences box. If you are completing the form after the 5th of September (the cut-off date for the 15th September DD collections), the start date will show as "15th October 2011".

For Full/VIP and Associate categories, simply click "Until Further Notice".
