APT Timber UK was set up in October 2008 by Bowring Transport Ltd. as a major importer of Swedish Roofing battens distributing Type A Swedish Stamped Roofing Battens and Carcassing at very competetive prices throughout the UK.
All Roofing Battens that we sell conform to the PEFC Chain of Custody which we believe is very important to our customers. Each batten is fully marked for identification and we can offer our customers a comprehensive range of sizes and lengths.
Our friendly, knowledgeable team have over 50 years experience within the timber industry and our strength is a combination of quality of stock, quick deliveries and excellent customer service. We have our own designated terminal on the quay and receive direct shipments from Sweden into our site at Howdendyke, East Yorkshire.
