Ardenoak Low Expansion Foam Making Branchpipes are available in three capacities, 225, 450 and 900 litres per minute.
These Branchpipes can be supplied with instantaneous or any other type of couplings and an
optional extra is an on/off ball valve. The self-inducing model is supplied complete with pick-up tube and piercer.The branchpipe body is made from Light Alloy with an epoxy polyester finish. Carrying handles are fitted to the 450 lpm and 900 lpm models.

Ardenoak Medium Expansion Foam Making Branchpipes are available in three capacities, 225, 450 and 900 litres per minute. These Branchpipes can be supplied with 2” BSP Male Inlets, 2½” Male Instantaneous or any other type of fitting.The branchpipe body is made from Stainless Steel with an epoxy powder finish. Carrying handles are fitted to all models.
These Branchpipes produce a long throw of stable medium expansion foam through a wide range of pressures. Superb jets of medium expansion foam are produced with pressures at branchpipe inlet of 3 to 4 bar.

Ardenoak Variable Inline Foam Inductors are designed to be used with the above foam making branchpipes and are calibrated to pickup between 1% and 6%. Base end connections are 2” male B.S.P. for 225 and 450 models, 2.5” B.S.P. for the 900 model. Ardenoak Inductors can be supplied with any International adaptor, typically British Instantaneous, German Storz or American NST. Fittings are available in Light Alloy, Gunmetal or Brass. The Inductor body is bronze, brass nozzle and with an Epoxy Polyester finish in International Orange. The filter is Stainless Steel.

The Ardenoak High Expansion Foam Generator incorporates a water turbine and the unit is able to produce very large volumes of High Expansion Foam. The unit is supplied with 30 metres of polythene ducting, to he able to channel the foam and is very stable in operation. The built in foam induction system enables the unit to be used simply with a pressurised water supply and Ardenoak High Expansion Foam Concentrate.
The High Expansion Foam Generator can also be supplied as a smoke extraction version, complete with 7.5 metres of smoke extraction ducting. The unit has a nett weight of 55 kgs and can also be supplied with wheels for additional manoeuvrability. A smaller version of these High Expansion Foam Generators, designated Mini version which can easily be carried by one man, are also manufactured.

The Ardenoak mobile foam trolley fire fighting unit has a capacity of 30 gallons/135 litres of foam compound and can be positioned in any high fire risk areas including aircraft hangers; oil loading and storage terminals and depots; tyre, paint and solvent stores. The foam trolley unit is resistant to attack by chemicals and can be filled with any internationally recognised foam compound. A 15 metre length of Tuffline fire hose is connected to the inlet side of the foam trolley unit. In the event of a fire or for training purposes the hose is connected to a fire pump or fire hydrant by one fireman. The same fireman can turn on the water supply to allow the water to flow through the inlet fire hose to the foam inductor. The mixture of water and foam compound then flows through the outlet hose to the foam making branchpipe.
When the foam trolley unit is filled with 30 gallons/135 litres of 3% foam compound, at an expansion of 8 to 1 this can produce some 36,000 litres of aerated foam allowing one fireman to fight a fire for some 20 minutes. A second fireman can easily top up the foam trolley unit with foam compound during fire fighting operations to give a continuous fire fighting capacity. The 40cm diameter solid rubber wheels allow the foam trolley unit to be easily manoeuvred into the most effective fire fighting position.
If a larger flow of foam/water is required the 50 gpm/225 litres per minute foam inductor and foam making branchpipe can be substituted with a 100 gpm/450 litre foam inductor and foam making branchpipe.
The Ardenoak Foam Trolley Unit can be supplied with British Instantaneous couplings; German DIN or other European couplings or American threaded couplings.
