You
now need to remove the lock mechanism. Begin by removing
the 3 retaining bolts with your Torx driver. Then pull
the whole mechanism out of the way to allow you access
to the lock area

Using
the supplied template or the zinc-coated plate as a
drilling guide, mark the door-skin for drilling.
With
the drill-holes clearly marked, drill the holes with
either a conical or 10mm drill-bit. Apply
touch-up paint to the drilled holes.
