This is the Accident Log form. From here, you can record comprehensive details relating to any RTA's. In addition to that, you can monitor the progress of any insurance claims and can even insert photographs of the damaged vehicle or the scene of the accident.
   
The Asset Log allows you to record any tools or equipment which have been allocated to this vehicle.

The reports relating to this screen can also be used as an inspection form.

   
The Purchase Details form provides you with space to record the cost of the vehicle, the supplying dealer, the cost centre, lease/hire terms, lease expiry date, target replacement and the vehicle's current status (ie.. active, in workshop, redundant, etc).
