Staff have high levels of competance in the following operating systems: Windows Server 2007 and 2003, Small Business Server 2010, 2008 and 2003. Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Macintosh OS X.
All recent versions of Microsoft Office for both Windows and the Macintosh platforms are included in our support contracts. We also can help to install and support a wide range of desktop software products from Adobe, Microsoft, McAfee, Sage, Google, and Intuit as well as industry-specific software products.
Many of our clients use us to help improve and develop their systems. We are able to provide a wide range of skills to help implement, manage and maintain all aspects of information technology systems from servers, switches, routers, printers, desktops, laptops and mobile phone integrated systems (including Apple, Blackberry and Windows Mobile-based devices).
In line with the increasing convergence of voice and data systems we also have helped a number of organisations specify and source telephone systems and have a lot of experience in project managing telephone system upgrades\installations in existing and new build sites.
