	Arthurell & Kirkland is an established and experienced architectural practice which was formed by the two principals in 1980. The practice now has a wide range of clients and mainly works in the residential, commercial and educational sectors as well as restoring historic and listed buildings. Our practice has developed its reputation with commercial and private clients over many years. we offer our clients the same level of professional service whatever the size of the project. The practice provides a comprehensive service from project inception to completion for a wide range of clients. We are pleased to adapt our services to meet specific requirements and can assist on building projects of any size. Specifically, we aim to:
		Achieve an in depth understanding of a client's requirements and objectives
		Interpret the brief with both attention to detail and appropriate creative design
		Apply the latest computer-aided design technology, where relevant, to produce presentations and representations of the proposals. This can include 3D modeling, computer rendering and image generation as well as 2D drawings.
		Produce well prepared documentation enabling the builder to proceed to agreed costs and programme
		Develop and foster good working relationships with all parties involved in the project
