Description:
Complete
refurbishment, repair, restoration and extension of this house is
currently on site. Works include a new lift shaft and conservatory
extension, as well as reinstatement of original features. The works
are being carried out in close consultation with the City of Westminster
Conservation Officers. Other Listed works presently being undertaken
are 39 York Terrace East and 3 Brunswick Place, both in Regents
Park and part of the Crown Estate.
