DEVELOPMENTS (Chester) Ltd. Is a family business
run by two brothers Alan and Steve Coldrick. Originally incorporated in
1985 specializing in all aspects of Electrical contracting including
maintenance, installations, testing and inspection and small building work.
The company expanded its activities in 1994 to include Central heating
servicing, Gas safety testing and General building work. Our employees are
from in and around the local area and we have a fleet of fourteen vehicles
and are one of the few companies in North Wales and the North West accredited to three of the
main trade bodies. (Electrical) Fully N.I.C.E.I.C. UKAS Accredited Also
part of the Domestic Installer Scheme.(Plumbing) C.O.R.G.I. (Building)
National Federation of Builders. Due to success over the years and current
marketing forces the company offers a complete service of all types of
Electrical contracting, Plumbing, Central heating and Building works from
repairs to new build, specializing in adaptations for the less mobile. We
currently carry out day to day Electrical, Plumbing and Building repairs
for many clients from the public, commercial and private sectors. As we
specialize in maintenance and offer a same day service you will find our
rate's one of the most competitive in the area for commercial, industrial
and domestic properties. All our work is to British and European Standards
and Health and safety requirements. The company’s policy is to deliver a
high level of service and quality to all our existing and future customers
allowing for further expansion and a wider range of services in the future.
