Buried walls

The site had six reconstructions over 600 years and stood at the end about 100ft high, 900ft long and 300ft wide. It is an impressive concept, not to just entomb the ruler, to boldly go wherever they believed they went, but also the entire temple; and do it again and again. Each time covering the outside in friezes. From a distance it would have been a spectacular site if one ignores the nearby Andes mountains.
