The woodwork workshop is responsible for making and recycling any wooden baby items. The items that are recycled are donated cots and highchairs and the newly made items include barriers which have been designed by a Babygear trainer and safety approved.

The participants are trained in all areas of the woodwork workshop and are observed over a period of time to gain OCN and NVQ qualifications
