How to supply artwork to us
To avoid the most common problems when supplying artwork please ensure these 5 points are understood.
- Artwork must be supplied at the correct size and with a hard copy for reference.
- All colour files must be in CMYK format. Images must be at an original resolution of 300dpi.
- Any fonts used on your artwork must be either supplied together with your artwork or converted to paths using the application. If supplying PDF, your fonts must be embedded.
- Your artwork must include 3mm bleed to extend off all edges if objects such as backgrounds, linework and images touch the edge of your artwork.
- If supplying PDF artwork any application transparency, such as drop shadows or transparent panels, must be 'flattened' before supplying the artwork to us.

PDF is the preferred file format for artwork submission. Please download our Adobe Print Style and use it when creating PDFs in Abode Creative Suite programs to ensure compatibility.
Quark Xpress: When supplying Quark files please use the 'Collect For Output' feature to ensure all supporting files are available.
Adobe InDesign: When Supplying InDesign files please use the 'Package' feature to ensure all supporting files are available.
Adobe Illustrator: Images must be embedded and text should be converted to paths.
Adobe Photoshop: Please flatten any layers and save your file as either a TIFF, JPG (maximum quality) or EPS
Freehand MX: Images must be embedded and text should be converted to paths.
