From a single room conventional detection panel to a networked Addressable system covering an entire hospital complex, Balmoral Systems can provide a complete solution to every application.We specialise in the early warning Aspirating smoke detection systems, as well as gaseous extinguishing systems used in high risk areas. Balmoral Systems can provide :

We use a variety of industry standard control panels conforming to BS5839 and EN54, from leading manufacturers. Working closely with a number of the leading Fire Detection manufacturers, Balmoral Systems can provide technical support for a wide variety of systems, both conventional and Addressable.

Conventional

Conventional systems are the first line of defence in fire detection. These systems offer zone indication of fire detection and are ideal for small to medium sized applications. We can supply and maintain most conventional systems. We currently supply the following systems, other systems available at request.

Addressable

Addressable systems are the ultimate in fire detection. These systems offer exact location of fire activation and can be programmed in a variety of ways linking to door closures, plant shut down and phased evacuation. These systems offer a more sophisticated detection system resulting in reduction of unwanted false alarms in line with the RRO. They can be used individually or as part of a larger networked system comprising of several panels passing information between each other. Radio Addressable

Combining the features of addressable fire systems with the convenience of no wiring and quick installation. Ideal for locations that can not be easily accessed or where planning regulation prohibits installation of wire based systems. Can also be used in temporary buildings for quick installation and removal.

HSSD - High Sensitivity Smoke Detection - Aspirating Systems

These systems sample the atmospheric conditions, and using laser scanning technology can determine whether a fire is present within a location. These systems by definition are highly sensitive and can be programmed to be used in both clean and dirty environments to give a highly accurate response to the presence of fire. Examples of use include Computer Data Suites, Warehouse environments etc...

VESDA

Gaseous Fixed Extinguishing

These systems are designed to detect and extinguish a fire automatically. We can work with a variety of gases including FM200, IG01 and Argonite. These systems are primarily used in mission critical areas, where immediate fire extinguishing is required.
