With over 20 years DJ experience Mike Shawe is a veteran of the South West's clubbing scene, from his pirate radio shows on B.A.D. radio in the early 80's to playing various Blues parties in and around St. Paul's, Mike's reputation for smooth mixing and quality tune selection grew. Forever pushing forward and breaking new tunes but also keeping an eye on the dance floor has kept Mike in demand and his diary busy today. |
Past highlights have included a residency @The Rock in Bristol alongside Nick Warren, Timo Maas, Deep Dish, Seb Fontaine and Paul Oakenfold plus an 8 year residency for the infamous One Love events at Lakota & The Brunel Rooms which broke new ground in featuring guests Sasha, Digweed, Tony Humphries, M People & Mike Pickering, Jon Da Silva, John Kelly, Allistair Whitehead, Graeme Park, Jon Pleased, Judge Jules + more for the very first time in the South West. International spots quickly followed in San Francisco, Norway, Luxembourg & Germany along with his own radio show on Kute FM.
