BCP provides specially-tailored training in a variety of communications skills. Subjects include coaching for TV, radio and press interviews, sales and presentation training and internal communications skills. The courses can incorporate issue analysis, guest broadcasters and visits to TV or radio stations, and can be conducted on a one-to-one basis or in groups.

Training sessions in customer service and management skills often include roleplay with actors performing specially written scripts.

We've also written a guide to business presentation - "The Simple Art of Presentation", which was commissioned by four leading presentation technology companies - Hewlett Packard, 3M, Polaroid and SPC.
