TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of £25.00 per
person is required to secure booking. However should the
booking be for more than 1 night than the deposit will be 25% of
the total sum.
Child reductions for under 11 years old 50% when sharing with two adults - Babies free up to 2 years old.
In the Event of Cancellation,
The Deposit Paid is Non-Refundable.
The Proprietors Reserve the right to alter tariffs at any time.

Rooms- are available form 2.00pm on Day of Arrival
Guest arriving earlier may leave luggage in Hotel until Rooms are available.
Please make sure to notify the Hotel the time of Arrival.
We Kindly request that Rooms be vacated by 10.30am.
The accommodation will be Re-Let if No Notification has been received by 5.30pm on the day of Arrival.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility
For loss of Guest’s Property Unless Handed in for Safe Custody.
The Proprietors Reserve the Right to Amend,
Curtail or terminate any contract should the
Conduct of any party who is a party to that
Contract cause any detriment to the well-being or
Comfort of other guest.
Holiday Insurance is recommended.
