If you live in the Derby or District area you can take advantage of our home ordering service for weddings and funerals. Appointments can be made day or evening. Phone us for more details.

Delivery Area

We will personally deliver in the Derby / Derbyshire areas and also the outskirts of

Burton-on-Trent,
Loughborough,
Nottingham,

or arrange delivery anywhere in the UK using a network of florists.

Delivery Conditions :- £2.50 standard delivery charge will apply to all orders. Additional delivery charges may apply. Please contact us for exact charges.

AM Delivery - Between 9.00am and midday

PM Delivery - Between 1.00pm and 6.00pm

Evening delivery's available at an additional charge

Terms and Conditions

  • From time to time, certain flowers may be substituted by alternatives according to availability.
  • To prolong the life of your gift, some of the flowers may arrive in bud.
  • Timed deliveries (AM-PM)are only a guide and not a guarantee. We will endeavor to deliver at the specified time but circumstances may depict otherwise. No times can be specified for orders at Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothering Sunday Weekend or Easter.
  • If you have a complaint about our service or flowers please send us an E-mail detailing the circumstances of the complaint.We will acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and investigate the matter immediately. We will keep you fully informed during any investigation and will endeavor to resolve all disputes within a few days. If we feel it is appropriate, a full refund or exchange will be offered.
