Double or twin bedded en-suite rooms from £56 - £60 per night.

Single en-suite rooms from £35 - £42 per night.

Family en-suite room from £60 per night (depending on number and ages of children).

Triple en-suite room from £78 per night (based on three adults sharing).

Twin room with private bathroom £56 - £58 per night (bathroom for use of this room only with key).

All the above prices include a full english breakfast.

Discounts may apply for a stay of five or more nights, also seven night per week bookings. Depending on time of year.

We are only a short walk from the town centre,

easy reach of restaurants, takeaways, nightlife etc,

by car we are approx :-

5 mins - 10 mins to all the industrial estates,

5 mins to Palm Paper,

5 mins to the Norfolk Arena (Speedway / Stockcar),

5 mins to King's Lynn Power Station,

15 mins - 20 mins to Sutton Bridge Power Station,

20 mins - 25 mins to British Sugar (Wissington),

We also cater for night shift workers when possible.
