Lauren has been associated with us since about 1995. First as a helper and then as permanent staff. She took 3 years out to do a BSc degree course in Business & Stud Management. Although she now works for us full-time, she is also building up her “Connla” Connemara stud and has had success showing her mares and young-stock. In addition to her teaching duties, Sarah organises the yard routines, does an excellent job as veterinary nurse, under the direction of the vet, whenever this is needed. ...and performs prodigious feats of organisation & improvisation in making our Pony Days & 4-Day Courses so successful.
In order to broaden her experience, Sarah spent 6 months teaching riding in the USA in 2004. |
