Pam Billinge has 18 years experience working with organisations in the financial, manufacturing and telecommunications industries. She has successfully developed and implemented management and organisation development strategies both as an internal consultant and as a leader of small and large teams. She has supported people and teams through change at all levels of the organisations she has worked with: from board level to shop floor. The time which she spent herself leading a large technical organisation of 200 people at Nokia further enhanced her credibility as someone who is well-equipped to support business leaders in their own personal development and the development of their teams.
Whether facilitating change at a team level or whether supporting individuals with their personal growth her style is pragmatic, open, caring and challenging as required.
She is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a practising Biodynamic Massage Therapist and member of the Association of Holistic Biodynamic Massage Therapists. She is completing training in Body Psychotherapy at the Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre. Pam has a BA Hons (French and Spanish), speaks fluent French and is a guest lecturer for Anglia Polytechnic University International MBA programme.
