In whatever we do,
Rainbows explore, share and discover.
We have our own
adventures and at the same time learn to be kind and helpful.
Many of our activities
aim to develop every girl at a pace which suits her
and is based on the Essentials of Guiding.

Who can be a Rainbow Guide? ~~
Any girl over the
age of 5 (4 in Ulster) can become a Rainbow Guide
as long as she is able to understand, and wants to make, the
Rainbow Guide Promise.
Rainbow Guides
meet together in units of between 5 and 15 girls
and can spend up to 2 years in the Rainbow unit.
