The Donna Ruth Restaurant is unobtrusively located within the Donna Ruth Centre, adjacent to the
Shop & Garden Centre. Situated in beautiful rural surroundings our exciting new eatery has now opened and has quickly gained a reputation for quality dining.
Occupying a traditional stone building, the interior has been sympathetically modernised with a degree of sophistication. The interior has an abundance of natural daylight during the daytime. By the evening a delightful ambience is created using candlelight, fresh flowers and popular music.
During the summer months our doors are opened and the restaurant extends into our sunny courtyard. Perfect for afternoon tea, a lazy lunch or to enjoy the sunset whilst enjoying a glass of wine and fine seafood dish. Why travel abroad?
Our evening dinner menu is a Mediterranean menu, our speciality being seafood freshly delivered from Grimsby Fish Docks and cooked by our Mediterranean chef. We offer a wide range of quality seafood including lobster, crab, calamari, king prawns, sea bass plus many more. Due to all our meals being freshly prepared, please contact Donna Ruth to see which menu our chef will be preparing for that weekend.
A variety of appetities are also catered for within our daily lunchtime menu. Both menus additionally offer a selection of vegetarian, organic and gluten free meals and alternatives.
Donna Ruth does not hold a licence, so we invite our customers to bring their own favourite wine to compliment their meal
.A special and historic Italian Espresso machine, one of only half a dozen in the UK presents a fine selection of coffees. A range of herbal teas and fresh juices are also available.
The Donna Ruth Restaurant provides a perfect setting for a romantic evening meal or a leisurely lunch where excellent food combined with a relaxed atmosphere creates an environment in which to chat and relax. It is also a refreshing alternative for the business user, whether looking simply to re-fuel or enjoy a business lunch
Our New Chef Blas Moya has brought a Mediterranean flavour to The Donna Ruth Restaurant. Born in Spain and having lived in the UK for the past 20 years, Blas has brought a wealth of experience to the restaurant.
