The phone is normally answered by our reception or managerial staff, but if they are not immediately available it may be one of the kennel attendants who answers. If the person who answers cannot give you an answer then please ask them to put a message in our telephone log and one of the managers will get back to you.

Non-urgent enquiries can be made by e-mail and reservation requests by using our web form. There are links for these contact methods at the top of all our main web pages. We will endeavour to answer these promptly, but when we are busy there is likely to be a delay.

In Person

Please feel free to call in during normal working hours (address and times detailed below). Our staff are selected and trained appropriately for their primary jobs, and not all are qualified or experienced enough to provide accurate information. Enquiries should only be directed at managerial staff, not 'kennel attendants'.
