Oberon.

A fast, purpose built 43 foot Aquastar. She has comfort, speed, functionality and above all, safety. She is coded to MCA CAT 2 for up to sixty miles from a safe haven / port. Oberon is powered by twin Volvo engines, giving her over 600hp and is one of the biggest and best equiped charter boats operating around the Isle Of Wight and The Channel Islands.

Oberon has:

• A large, safe area for diving or fishing.
• A heated cabin with a sheltered deck.
• A galley with hot and cold running water.
• An insulated fishing hold.
• Full electronics and safety equipment.
• A cruising speed of 18 knots and a max of 25 knots.
• Full fishing equipment.
• Two diving ladders and a diving platform.
• Dive bottle racks and seating for twelve divers.

The Skippers:

Malcolm Gates, owner of Oberon and Blue Ray has operated in this area privately and commercially for many years, diving and wreck fishing with many trips across the Channel.

Clive Hook has also had many years in this area, cruising and Channel crossing. He is fully experienced in wreck diving and fishing.

Both are RYA trained, qualified and fully lisensed to operate diving, fishing and Corporate Charters.
