October 2008 - Revised the Goffs Oak Chapter page, adding details of the 50th anniversary convocation.
December 2005 - Added a few pages about that most important topic - charity. (Also, a little cosmetic work.)
July 2005 - A page has been added with information about the Goffs Oak Lodge Travelling Gavel.
June 2005 - Revised Goffs Oak Chapter banner design added.
March 2005 - The menu have been changed slightly to include options for previous and future social events.
November 2004 - A photograph of the Lodge banner has been added and another page containing a larger image, as well as a description, has been added.
June 2004 - The site is now being hosted on a new server which allows quicker updates and easier access for the Webmaster. However the address for the site remains the same - www.GoffsOakLodge.org.uk
December 2003 - All the pages on this site are listed in the
site map.
While the United Grand Lodge of England has no objection to individual Lodges setting up web sites, to ensure accuracy and consistency on policy matters the material to be used should be forwarded to the Grand Secretary for approval, after which a site has the right to carry a ‘Charter Mark’ or a simple statement of approval.
Following an extensive re-write, this web site was duly submitted to the Grand Secretary and granted a Charter mark on 4th December 2003.
