February 2010 saw Bro. Lee Cannon and his work colleagues raising around £1800 in support of W. Bro Jeff Jenkins' nominated charity for 2009, The Teenage Cancer Trust. Dressed in the theme of movie characters, they hiked from High Barnet to Blackfriars. The high-spirited bunch are very used to getting unusual looks from members of the public, so wearing their different costumes made them feel very at home.
Monies raised from this event were added to further contributions by the Goffs Oak Lodge. The first of the photos shows the team at the conclusion of their walk, at the River Thames. The latter, the official cheque presentation by W. Bro Jeff Jenkins, Bro's Victor Williams and Lee Cannon at the Teenage Cancer Trust HQ, for an outstanding total amount of £2,300.
