Celadrin®

The latest and probably the most effective anti-arthritis and anti-inflammatory agent ever developed

Celadrin® is a patented blend of eight esterified fatty acids, including the now reasonably well-known Cetyl Myristoleate (CMO).

Celadrin® has been subjected to a number of clinical trials which have validated its effectiveness, and probably more importantly have shown a total lack of side effects and/or negative reactions.

How does it work?

Fatty acids are essential for cell wall integrity, forming a fairly high proportion of the structure of the cell’s outer membranes. The mixture in Celadrin® is particularly effective for this, and therefore protects the body at cellular level, reducing breakdown of cells, improving cellular integrity and cell-to-cell signalling.

What does this achieve?

When cell walls break down, there is a release of substances that cause inflammatory agents to be released, in turn causing pain. If the cells break down faster than they can be replaced, there is then an erosion of the body’s tissues. Celadrin® reduces the breakdown of cell walls by a very large percentage, thus preventing destruction of tissues and inflammation.

Clinical trials have shown Celadrin® on its own to improve joint flexibility and improve pain levels in people suffering from arthritis.

Many people are aware of the beneficial effects of glucosamine on arthritis. Tests have now shown that a combination of Celadrin® and glucosamine increases the effectiveness of both. By reducing cell breakdown, Celadrin® reduces the work that glucosamine has to do, and so results are faster than using glucosamine on its own.

What other problems can be helped?

Osteoarthritis is the best known health problem caused by inflammation, but other problems can be helped by Celadrin®. Rheumatoid arthritis is an obvious one, but fibromyalgia is another problem that can be greatly helped by Celadrin®. For this particular problem, the addition of magnesium at the rate of at least 400mg per day is helpful.

In the case of bowel problems such as IBS, colitis and Crohn’s disease, there is always inflammation present. Celadrin® has been found to help in most cases.

Main Point

For osteo-arthritis, Celadrin® and glucosamine are a powerful combination.
