Opening Times

Our mail order department, sales counter, technical department and customer services are open at the following times:

 Mail Order: 
09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday 

Sales Counter: 
10:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 16:00 on Saturday, 10:00 to 15:00 on Sunday 

Technical/Returns: 
09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 15:00 on Saturday Returned items can not be accepted outside of these hours! 

Customer Services: 
10:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

Ordering Information

Bootup Computer Services Ltd (The Company) currently offers a number of methods for placing an order. For the easiest and most convenient way to purchase computer components use our secure website at bootupathome.co.uk. Our website offers up to date pricing and stock levels with the convenience of fully secure online ordering and up to date comprehensive product information.

If the web site is too impersonal for you please phone us and place your order - Or, if you live locally, call in at our sales counter in Harlech.

The Company has a minimum order value of £5.00 ex. V.A.T. and delivery and any orders that fall below this will incur a £5.00 charge to cover the cost of administration.

We endeavour to ensure all orders placed by 4.30pm are delivered next working day. However, please place your order as early as possible to ensure next working day delivery.

Security

Due to the increasing amount of attempted fraud with computer companies it is necessary for us to undertake security checks on customers placing their first order. You may be requested to provide proof of identity and residence prior to your order being processed. We aim to minimise any disruption to customers and ensure that your experience of purchasing from The Company is simple and efficient.

Cancellation / Amendments

We regret that once orders have been received by The Company, they cannot be changed. Any amendments or additions will be treated as separate orders and will therefore incur any standard minimum order and delivery charges.
