J&G Inns Reward Scheme ~ Terms & Conditions
Reward Cards Reward cards are valid at all properties managed by J&G Inns Ltd. There are two different types of reward card: personal and business.
With a personal card you collect stamps based on the amount you spend at J&G Inns. With a business card you also collect stamps for the amount spent by guests that you have referred to us (e.g. a recommendation from your B&B, caravan site or shop, etc).
When the stamps in your card reach preset levels you can exchange them for rewards. Rewards may be things like a free bottle of wine with a meal for 2, a very special 2 for 1 offer, a free room upgrade, as well as for many other, exclusive discounts, etc.
Stamps Please show your card when paying your bill and a member of staff will insert:- 1 stamp for every £10 spent on that occasion
With a business card we will also insert stamps based on the money spent by guests that you have referred to us. We may post these stamps to you or simply stick them in your card on your next visit.
Please note that we will only know that guests have been referred to us by you if they complete a short guest questionnaire and put the name of your business on their form. It’s very easy to complete and it helps us to monitor & maintain our quality, too.
From time to time we may offer more stamps on certain items or at particular dates and times. We may choose to let you know about this by email, by telephone or in person.
General There is no closing date for the cards – they are valid all year round until further notice. Neither the cards nor the stickers have any monetary value. They can not be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. They may not be valid in conjunction with certain special offers or with staff discount. J&G Inns Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any or all cards or stamps or to vary these terms at any time without prior notice.
