You might think that it’s a bit strange for an Inn to

be listing holiday cottages in the Lake District & Eden Valley ...?

We used to have self-catering accommodation ourselves ...

~ until we converted the Stable Cottages into modern rooms,

giving us superior rooms (where we welcome well-behaved dogs)

with interconnecting ground floor suites below each one,

including a disabled accommodation with full wheelchair access ~

... so we recognise that sometimes people are looking for the

comforts & convenience of staying in a cosy Lakeland Inn

and, at other times, a cottage or your caravan may be just the thing

Either way, we want you to enjoy everything that this

beautiful area has to offer for a relaxing break

~ including, of course, our excellent food & drink!

During your stay we’d love you to visit us for lunch or dinner

~ everybody deserves at least one night off from cooking, after all...

You should find our menus in your accommodation

and you may also find a reward card giving you

extra discounts if you pop in a couple of times, too!
